Find capsules by goal
Say what you want help with. The finder shows what the GB register lets any seller claim for it, what the register assessed and refused, and the cheapest capsules per capsule for each ingredient. It quotes; it never advises.

Joints and Tiredness and fatigue and Fertility and Sleep
1366 capsules across 54 ingredientsJoints. Joints carry the largest set of refused claims in the register: glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, turmeric and collagen-for-joints wording were all assessed and turned down. What is authorised is narrow and quoted exactly on the ingredient pages: vitamin C for normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage, and manganese for normal formation of connective tissue. Versus Arthritis is the specialist charity for anything beyond nutrition.
Tiredness and fatigue. The register's phrase is 'a reduction of tiredness and fatigue', and a surprising number of everyday nutrients hold that authorised wording. This page shows which, quoted exactly, alongside ingredients people discuss without an authorised claim. Persistent tiredness is worth raising with a GP; the NHS link below covers self-help basics.
Fertility. Ingredients here hold register claims relating to fertility and reproduction, quoted exactly. UK guidance on folic acid before and during early pregnancy is the best-established nutritional advice in this area, and Fertility Network UK below offers wider support.
Sleep. Almost nothing holds an authorised GB register claim about sleep, and that absence is worth knowing in itself: sellers may not claim it either. Ingredients people discuss for sleep appear below with their actual register status, and The Sleep Charity offers evidence-based sleep advice.
Nothing here is medical advice. The wording is the GB register's, quoted exactly; whether a product qualifies to use it is the seller's responsibility. Speak to a GP or pharmacist before taking a supplement, especially if you are pregnant, take medicines or have a diagnosed condition. Wording from the GB nutrition and health claims register; mapping reviewed 4 September 2026.
