Blood sugar and Muscles and Heart
14 capsules across 16 ingredientsBlood sugar. A small number of ingredients hold authorised register wording about normal blood glucose levels, quoted exactly on their pages; a much larger number of claims about blood sugar were assessed and refused. Nothing here is about treating or preventing diabetes, and anyone managing blood glucose should follow their care team's advice. Diabetes UK is the specialist charity.
Muscles. Ingredients here hold register claims relating to normal muscle function or muscle protein, quoted exactly on their pages. Resistance exercise and overall protein intake are the fundamentals the claims assume; the NHS exercise guidance below is a good starting point.
Heart. This page collects ingredients whose register claims relate to the heart, blood pressure or cholesterol, quoted exactly. Diet, movement and prescribed medication come first in this area, and the British Heart Foundation below is the specialist charity for reliable information.
Nothing here is medical advice. The wording is the GB register's, quoted exactly; whether a product qualifies to use it is the seller's responsibility. Speak to a GP or pharmacist before taking a supplement, especially if you are pregnant, take medicines or have a diagnosed condition. Wording from the GB nutrition and health claims register; mapping reviewed 4 September 2026.
